The Annual General Meeting for 2022 provides a forum to brainstorm on achievements attained during the year under review and forge decisions to overcome challenges in the coming year.
The AGM also provides good grounds to objectively receive reports from elected Board members. During such a time, when Board members tenure elapse, elections are to be held in the AGM including constitutional reforms where necessary.
This year’s AGM will be held at ASB Sports Centre located at 72 Kemp Street, Kilbirnie on 15 October 2022 from 2pm-5pm.
In the spirit of ubuntu, refreshments are provided for all attendees.
Non-paid up members are encouraged to fill update their membership to have have voting rights and are welcome to attend regardless.
