The Annual General Meeting for 2023 provides a forum to brainstorm on achievements attained during the year under review and forge decisions to overcome challenges in the coming year.
The AGM also provides good grounds to objectively receive reports from elected Board members. During such a time, when Board members tenure elapse, elections are to be held in the AGM including constitutional reforms where necessary. Note, this year’s AGM is a non-election AGM.
This year’s AGM will be held at Akau Tangi Sports Centre located at 72 Kemp Street, Kilbirnie on 02 September 2023 from 2pm-4pm.
In the spirit of ubuntu, refreshments are provided for all attendees.
Non-paid up members are encouraged to fill update their membership to have voting rights and are welcome to attend regardless.
